SCCCW Convention - Declaration of Voting Delegates to Convention

Affiliate Presidents should fill out this form to submit up to 3 names of voting delegates to the South Carolina Council of Catholic Women (SCCCW) Convention. Each voting delegate must be a SCCCW member. Credentials of delegates will be verified. Alternate voting delegates are needed should a voting delegate not be able to attend Convention. Note that SCCCW Board members from your Affiliate should not be listed as a Voting Delegate.

This form must be submitted by February 22, 2025 in order for your affiliate to have voting privileges at Convention.

Voting Delegates
Enter the names of up to three voting delegates.  The first voting delegate should be the Affiliate President or their assignee.  Note that SCCCW Board members from your Affiliate should not be listed as an Voting Delegate.

Enter the names of up to two alternates should one of the above voting delegates be unable to attend Convention.
